How we source our numbers
Every cost figure on this site is drawn from a published industry cost guide, a commercial strip out provider's own pricing, or a commercial leasing legal explainer, and is cited at the point it's used. We do not estimate, round up, or invent a number to fill a gap in the published data. Where we could not find a sourced figure for something (a per-city breakdown of strip out costs outside Sydney, for example), we say so plainly rather than guess.
